We want you to absolutely love your festive items from GoofySanta. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have a 14-day return right, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
- The item is in the same condition as when received
- Unworn / unused
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is available

If your return is approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your parcel
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom / personalized products
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty/cosmetic items)
- Hazardous materials / flammable liquids / gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
6. Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. That’s why we offer a generous 100-day exchange period — you can exchange for another size, another product, or a GoofySanta gift card.
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order once the return has been accepted.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
As with standard returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take extra time to process and post the refund to your account.
